The regular duty kit is recommended for light to medium towing like bumper pull trailers. A weight distribution hitch is not required for towing any trailer but they do make it safer. I personally have never liked the round bar style hitches like Husky makes and always recommend units like the Fastway e2 # FA92-00-0800 since it uses a straight bar. These do not hang down a low as the round bar systems so they will not drag going over speed bumps or when you hit pot holes.

The FR87PR is not the solution to the problem you are having. It would be for you if the problem was that the cameras weren't able to power up. Typically what fixes an intermittent connection issue is repositioning the antenna on the camera so that the monitor can pick up the signal better.
